The role of the family in the process of rehabilitation of the patient

Abstract

The present research work aims to investigate the effectiveness of the role of the family in the rehabilitation process of the patient. Materials and Methods: A review study was carried out with the contribution of publications in databases, the search terms allowed us to visualise a population of 1420 publications, with 5 of them being selected that met the selection criteria. Results: Taking as results that in the 5 articles they coincide in the efficacy of the contribution of the family in the rehabilitation of the patient, taking into account certain factors. Conclusion: The role of the family in the patient's rehabilitation process is extremely important and effective, because it affects their motivation and attitude towards treatment.
