Abstract

Study that identifies the main factors associated with organizational climate and job satisfaction in the care, administrative and general service workers of the Metropolitano health center in the year 2022. Material and methods: Observational, crosssectional, prospective, relational, crosssectional study. We worked with the total number of workers (n=77). Two questionnaires validated by the Peruvian Ministry of Health were used to measure organizational climate and job satisfaction. Results: Of the total number of participants, 29.9% were between 50 and 59 years of age, 68.8% were female, 42.9% were single. There was a predominance of 1 to 2 family members. 33.8% had more than 20 years of service. A significant relationship was observed between organizational climate and job satisfaction (p:0.00) with a Pearson correlation level of 0.853. The main sociodemographic factors associated with organizational climate and job satisfaction were length of service and employment status (p:0.005). Conclusions: There is a high statistically significant association between organizational climate and job satisfaction. The level of job satisfaction is explained up to 85.3% by the organizational climate.
