Abstract

This article aims to provide a brief description of Labor Law, employment contracts, and termination in the private labor system. It addresses key concepts of these categories, emphasizing the development of types of termination in the labor system of private activities, and the classification and restorative protection developed in the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court.
