Abstract

The present study analyzes the factors that are associated to the non - compliance of the constitutional right of access to public information in the different public institutions of the Region of Tacna during the year 2014 - 2015. The study of the right to access to public information covers particular importance at present in our region, due to the indices of non-compliance of this right by some public institutions of Tacna. The present study focused on identifying those factors associated with the failure to comply with the constitutional right of access to public information in public institutions of Tacna 2014 - 2015 in the Office of the Ombudsman of Tacna.
