Abstract

We set ourselves as objective of the study, to identify the main characteristics, by means of a comparative analysis between these two currents that depart from the criticism of the hegemony of the neo-constitutional model, to identify the main topics on which the discussion revolves (such as democracy, power constituent, the problem of values and the control of constitutionality) and finally make a brief critical analysis of the 1993 Political Constitution of Peru, from the contributions of the revised tendencies
