Abstract


This wok deals with the topic of assembled families and the central objective is to determine if in a family assembled the father or mother are obliged to provide food for the children of their partner misnamed stepchildren.

Also, establish the legal requirements to regulate the subsidiary food obligation, determine in which cases the subsidiary food obligation of related children ceases and propose the regulation of the subsidiary food obligation of the spouse or cohabiting in favor of the children or the other.

In fact, throughout the investigation it expresses the urgency to take care of the alimentary obligation in favor of the related children and the need to regulate it in the legal order.
