The use of TICs and the management of the personal brand of the lawyer in Tacna in the third quarter of the year 2020

Abstract

As a result of the digital revolution, technology is determining unemployment on a global scale, as well as the skills and competencies of professionals. In addition to this great change, one of the most disruptive historical events of recent years - the COVID-19 pandemic - has accelerated the technological process. Objective; To determine the relationship between the use of ICTs and the management of the personal brand of lawyers in Tacna. Materials and Methods; It has a quantitative approach, and a hypothetical-deductive methodology, descriptive-correlational level. Also, two questionnaires were used, consisting of 20 items to measure the use of Tics variable and 29 items for the personal brand management variable, with response options on a Likert scale. The sample consisted of 250 lawyers from Tacna in the third quarter of 2020. Results; It was obtained that lawyers are at a very poor level with 54% and in terms of personal brand management they are at a poor level with 48.8%. Conclusion; There is a direct and significant relationship between the use of ICTs and the management of the lawyer's personal brand. (p<0,05)
