Factors related to the microfinancial social responsibility of Caja Tacna

The objective of the study was to identify the factor that has the greatest influence on the Micro-financial Social Responsibility of the financial entity Caja Tacna. The present study was exploratory descriptive with a quantitative approach. The design was non-experimental and cross-sectional in nature. The sample was a census of 100 workers. The survey technique was used, the instrument of which was the questionnaire with multiple choice questions with a Likert scale. The reliability of the instrument was (0.96) with Cronbach's Alpha. The results reveal that the factor that has the greatest influence on Microfinancial Social Responsibility is the social responsibility factor. It is concluded with a confidence level of 95% that Caja Tacna workers consider an adequate Micro-financial Social Responsibility policy.
