Management qualities for the innovative management of intelligent organizations

The present study was carried out with the purpose of evaluating and determining the managerial qualities that are relevant for a successful innovative management of Intelligent organizations. The study is of a non-experimental type, with a cross-sectional explanatory causal design. The study sample consisted of 63 master's students in university teaching and educational management from the Private University of Tacna. A mixed-type instrument was administered with multiple-choice questions with an interval scale and Likert scale-type questions. The response rate was 95% of the total number of questionnaires sent. The instrument was validated with a Cronbach's Alpha of (0.896). The result of the study revealed that, in order to develop a successful innovative management, managers with exceptional qualities in effective communication, intuition and transformational leadership are required. It is concluded thatinnovative management depends to a large extent on managerial qualities based on innovation.
