Influence of didactic strategies in the management of business scientific culture

The study was carried out with the objective of identifying and determining the didactic strategies based on research that influence the scientific culture of the Faculty of Business Sciences. It is an exploratory research of a cross-sectional analytical type. The study was carried out in a non-random sample of 57 university professors who work in the Faculty of Business Sciences of the Private University of Tacna. In the investigation, a questionnaire with multiple choice questions with a Likert scale from 1 to 5 was applied, which was subjected to an analysis of internal consistency between the items for which the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was calculated, which demonstrated a high index of accuracy. reliability reaching a value of 0.915. A response rate of 99% was obtained from the virtual questionnaire. The results revealed that the didactic strategies based on research that had the greatest influence on scientific culture were the didactic strategies based on the implementation of research guides (47.3%), the management of scientific literature review tools (35.7%) and research methodology (26.3%). It is concluded that the level of scientific culture is moderate (70.2%), due to the limited opportunities for student participation in research activities in academic processes, with a confidence level of 95%.
