Clima organizacional universitario desde la perspectiva docente

The study aimed to analyze and determine what factors have an influence on the university organizational climate from the teaching perspective. The present study is descriptive and exploratory. The approach used was the quantitative one. The type of investigation was the explanatory causal. The design was non-experimental of a crosssectional nature. The sample was census with 50 university teachers. The survey technique was used, whose instrument was the questionnaire with multiple choice questions with a Likert scale. The reliability of the instrument with Cronbach's Alpha was (0.91), which indicates high internal consistency. It is concluded that individual challenges, institutional management, interaction, institutional performance, and labor cooperation are key factors that influence the university organizational climate. These elements interact with each other and can have a significant impact on the working atmosphere and the overall functioning of the university. It is important to recognize and address these factors to foster a positive and productive organizational climate in the university environment.
