The purpose of this study was to establish and determine the factors that are directly associated with the early failure of entrepreneurship. A study of the non-experimental type was carried out, with an explanatory causal level of a transversal nature and a quantitative approach, and it was directed to the students of the sixth cycle of the Faculty of Business Sciences of the Private University of Tacna. The technique used was the survey with statements that were measured using the Likert scale. The reliability of the instrument was high with a Cronbach's Alpha value of (0.826). A response rate of 97% was obtained. The results revealed that the factors associated with the early failure of the ventures were; the weak importance of financial planning and the inadequate definition of the business idea. It is concluded that the enterprises are exposed to the consequences of a limited and insufficient business training.
