Influence of ecotourism and accessible tourism on the wellbeing of tourists

Abstract

This study is aimed at determining the level of influence of ecotourism and tourism on the well-being of tourists from the perception of students of the School of Tourism of the UPT of Tacna. The study was non-experimental, with an explanatory causal level, of a transversal character with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 112 students. The strategy to collect the information was based on the application of a questionnaire with multiple choice questions. The statements were measured using the Likert scale. The instruments were validated with the Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient, with values of 0.905, 0.913 and 0.844. The results indicate that the Ecotourism variable is sufficient with 43.8%, which shows that the development  of
ecotourism is projected towards the revitalization of local economies, generating business and commercial activities in basic tourist services such as accommodation, food, guides, among others, and complementary activities.
