Teletrabajo y bienestar laboral: evidencia de una relación en una entidad del sector público peruano

Resumen

El teletrabajo constituye una modalidad de prestación laboral cada vez más útil en las organizaciones y plantea nuevos desafíos para la gestión de las condiciones laborales en el sector público. En este contexto, el objetivo de la investigación fue analizar su relación con el bienestar laboral en trabajadores de una entidad del sector público peruano. Participaron 378 colaboradores, seleccionados mediante muestreo no probabilístico por bola de nieve, quienes respondieron un cuestionario de 38 ítems, con tres dimensiones para el teletrabajo y cinco para el bienestar laboral. Los datos se analizaron mediante estadística descriptiva y el coeficiente de correlación por rangos de Spearman. Los resultados evidenciaron una asociación positiva entre teletrabajo y bienestar laboral (ρ = 0,709; p < 0,001). Entre las dimensiones del teletrabajo, el tipo de conexión presentó la mayor asociación (ρ = 0,645), seguido de la adaptabilidad (ρ = 0,637) y la ubicación del teletrabajador (ρ = 0,568), todas con p < 0,001. Se concluye que el teletrabajo presenta una relación positiva con el bienestar laboral, con asociaciones diferenciadas entre sus dimensiones, resaltando la importancia de considerar las condiciones de conexión, adaptabilidad y ubicación en la gestión del trabajo remoto.
